NX-8.5 sketch constraining with other sketch

How to constrain the sketch with reference to other sketch in NX 8.5? After creating sketch when I creating new sketch unable to select existing sketch curves for geometric or dimensional constrain.

In your Sketch Environment, change the "Selection Scope" from "within Active Sketch only" to "within work part only".
