NX 8.5 inegrated with Teamcenter-drawing changes

We are working on X 8.5 inegrated with Teamcenter multisite. We are facing issue for first time after making drawing changes and checked in in TCE, Customer are able to see the drawing changes done from our end. However cusomer is noicing export statement in drawing is not updated (prior to submit drawing we are updated statement). Any idea what is causing for this poblem?

Is the export statement, by chance, saved and used as a 'pattern'? I'm thinking maybe they have old pattern data being called up.... but this is just a WAG on my part.
