Can anyone please help with the creation of drawing formats. All I want to do is create a new drawing format based on one from Pro/E. I have a dxf or IGES of it?
Thanks

Attached is sample drawing template which I use for my demos. Note that it uses a 'Custom Symbol' for the actual 'form'.

Many Thanks. DO you have any documentation on creating the formats and how to store and point to them.

Cheers

Sorry, I don't. I just figured it out for myself as I went along, but then I've been using Unigraphics/NX for over 33 years so after awhile you lose track of exactly when and where you discovered how something worked. And since once you know how something works, you rarely go back and look to see if someone else may have written it down somewhere.

Thanks for your help. I've managed to muddle through and get it done. It's over 20 years since I used UG so it has changed a bit!

Cheers
