There will be no NX13. Siemens did not yet reveal how they are planning to release new versions / updates yet.
Also release dates are not yet revealed.

It's a little early to speak about "that next version of NX",
NX12.0.2 is probably to be released in Q3 2018. Probably.
then , after that , "the next release"., somewhere Q1-Q2 2019 ?
But,as you probably know, both NX12.0.1 and NX12.0.2 does/will contain new functionality.
I think the future plan for NX is to release new functionality more frequently and in "every release whatever naming scheme it will become."
