NX 12 Journal: Unable to access python libraries that are already installed inside Journal

Hi all,
I have been trying to write a journal in NX12. It involves taking values from an excel sheet and using it in expressions. When i try to use the openpyxl library for this, i am getting an error, though it is already installed.is there any limitation of the libraries that can be used inside the journal code?
