NX 10 Fastener Assemblies

Hello

I have recently bought the NX10 Learner Edition.

A problem that I am facing is that I can not configure or customize the fastener assemblies so that I am very limited in the fastener selection I have for assemblies.

I also am unable to create a part template.

In both cases I have come across files/tabs that are greyed out.

Please can someone help.
