Nozzle wall thk and reiforcement calculations

Dear All,
Could you help me please to design Nozzles shown on this attached schema.How can I can calculate or check wall thickness and may be reiforcement need for each situation Pb1, and Pb2 as per ASME Code Sect. VIII div.1?
Pb1: clamped flange on Conical Btm Head (Outlet Btm valve body)
Pb2: Connical nozzle and nounting flange on ASME F&D Head for Agitator

I'm looking just for the principle and methode to do this calculation, so I think you do not need to know the rating and the parts dimensions .
Any idea will be very appreciated.
