The Nox-crete plant just outside of downtown Omaha was almost completely destroyed by fire.

From their website it would appear that they would have had a lot of items based on Acrylic material, like sealers and coatings in their building. Also, they supplied adhesives and solvents, always a good combination when a fire breaks out. Now was this a warehouse or a manufacturing facility?

Warehouse from the local coverage I've seen. It sounds like their offices and production are back online (albeit with some supply chain issues I'm sure).

Sprinklered?

Rather than think climate change and the corona virus as science, think of it as the wrath of God. Do you feel any better?
