We have a PQR qualified per ASME sec IX with additional test to meet PED requirements in 2009.The test and PQR are approved by Reputed Notified Body from UK.Unfortunately the notified body number is not stamped on PQR document. Is it mandetory to have N.B.number on PQR document?
we will be using this PQR for ongoing project so appreciate a quick response. From PQR documents we can trace the N.B. number but what are the consequences if its not there on document.

I dont see why this should be a requirement. Can you tell the nobo's company name from the documents, e.g. from a stamp, signature, or letter marking?

You should Be OK. Dont see a problem.

Xl, if AD W0 requirements are called in...the nobo number shud not be there...we had experience...
