Can anybody tell me whether it is possible to assign an action to happen in ProE for a mouse click in a part in an Assembly.

Like when I click a nut in an assy it should give the specs of the nut
 
I dont know if it is worth it but you can create a note and attached to the part. In assy do Setup> Notes>New...
