I'm creating new document templates for a start-up and want to incorporate the note favorites in the process. I have a list of ~ 150 notes (in a Word doc) that I want to make available.

Is there a faster way to enter each note than the help says? Do I have to enter each one individually?

Any other tips for using note favorites would be great. I haven't used them before.

You may want to look at drawing blocks as an alternative to note favorites. I think it's more what you are looking for.

I don't know of any way to add the notes 'en masse', but you should also take a look at using the Annotations in the Design Library.

Each existing note could be copy-n-pasted from the Word doc, into a SW drawing note. Once in the drawing RMB on each note & select Add to Design Library. The notes can then easily be drag-n-dropped onto other drawings.

New folders can be created, under the Annotations folder, to help sort the notes.

I just copy/paste my Word documents rght into my drawing.
They're all OLE objects & play nice together.
