North Carolina, Engineering Plans Online? 1

I work in Florida and when I need site/construction plans I can usually find them online at one of the water management districts websites. I've checked what seems to be the equivalent agencies website in North Carolina, Division of Water Resources, and they don't seem to have any plans. Is there an agency in North Carolina that might provide electronic plans online? Specifically I'm looking in Camden County. Thanks.

P.S. I did find the plat maps at

but I'm also looking for site grading and drainage plans.

You will need to call Camden County, or the specific municipality in which your project is located.

Florida has open records laws that other states don't have, and not every state has info easy to find. It may be available, but would cost money to get to.
