Normal to button only in fly out menu but not in button bar

problem solved!!!

Just started with solidworks 2014 and want to use the normal to button, i have found it,but dont like it to be under the fly out menu.
I can use the ctrl+8 combination, but in the SW 2005 version it was visible all the time.(button bar?)
Can anyone help me with this?
