Hi!

I'm working on a nonlinear problem in Abaqus/Explicit and am wondering about which sort of solution methods are implemented in the software. I can see in the theory manual that Abaqus/Standard uses Newton's method, but I can't find information about the solution method in Abaqus/Explicit.

Thank you in advance:)

From the Abaqus documentation chapter about this procedure:

An explicit central-difference time integration rule is used
