Hello. Can anyone recomment a good reliable source for nonlinear stress strain curves. What I need is mostly common steels, cast aluminum and other common engineering materials for use in FEA modeling.

Do you mean stress-strain curves in the plastic (nonlinear) region, or do you mean for nonlinear-elastic materials?

Nonlinear in the plastic range, above the yield point. Most of the materials that I would be interisted in have a well defined modulus of elasticity.
 
You could also contact a materials testing lab. they may have the ability to give you very hihg resolution digtal data from actual test specimens.
