I NLD OF RC BUILDING FRAME USING FEMA356 HINGE....BUT WHEN I CHANGE THE MAIN REINFORCEMENT IN COLUMNS THE RESPONE OF TOP NODE 15 WITH TIME IS NOT CHANGING....CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN...PLEASE...I AM ADDING THE SAP FILE.........CAN ANY ONE ASSURE ME THAT I AM USING THE ACTUAL PROCEDURE.....
