nonlinear cable analysis

I'm running a STAAD model with a beam cable tension specified. I'm then using the "PERFORM CABLE ANALYSIS" command. When the analysis runs, I get an error that says:

**ERROR-OUT-OF-BALANCE LOADS LARGER THAN INCREMENTAL LOADS AFTER ITERATION 153

What does this mean? Is this a problem with the overall structural form or does it mean that the method in which I am applying the loads is incorrect.
