I have a PCB that I'm modeling, and am trying different ways to see which modeling technique give the most accurate solution. The PCB is undergoing a transient out of plane deflection (imposed through the ACEL command and an experimentally determined shock input). When I use SOLID185 or SHELL 181 elements, the solution converges, however with the the same mesh, SOLSH190 elements do not converge.

Can anyone give me a reason for this?
