I am looking for an affordable non-silicone sealant for use in a product that will contact the airflow in a clean room. Can anyone suggest any alternatives? Thanks.

Tech International offers a latex based sealant that is used to seal the rim of a tire to the tire itself. It is called Security Coat. That might work in your application.
