Non-Freeze Wall Hydrant 1

Our winter design condition is 20 degrees F. Does anybody make a concealed non-freeze wall hydrant? J.R. Smith has a non-freeze wall hydrant, but the water pipe is not concealed inside the wall. The pipe is sticking into the room and doesn't look too good. I guess it's probably the only way for this non-freeze wall hydrant to work. I can insulate the water pipe, but it will still freeze... just at a slower pace I guess.
 
You could always fit thermostatically controlled electrical trace heating.
You should be able to find plenty of suppliers on the web.
