Nominal cable strength

Hi everybody.

I'm designing cables using ASCE19-10, in 3.3.1 Design Strength state I need Sn (nominal cable strength) but in Standard A1023 (stranded carbon steel wire ropes) tables only states Minimum breaking force, How I get the nominal strength?
