Hi all,

Does anyone know how to obtain nodal forces of a node to which more two rigid elements are jointed?

I've tried to do it by both MPC force and Grid Point Force but could'nt get each force of rigid elements.
Just only summation zero was listed.

Any help would be nice.Thank you.

I use Patran for post-proc so this may not help, but I use the grid point force balance when solving. I then read the results into Patran, group the MPC that I want to look at, change the results to to freebody, pick on mcp load results, sum up the results using the spreedsheet icon, which will list all the node results for that group. I can then export the results to excel if I need to manipulate the results.
