No graphics appearing in Sheet. Opens fine in DWG TrueView.

The attached file opens fine in DWG TrueView 2014, showing a smiley face and the word "HI" in the Sheet. (The Model is blank.)

But in DraftSight V1R4 the Sheet view appears blank as well.

What must I do to make the graphics appear in the Sheet?
