Nitrogen Flow Rate

Our Company will be performing a pneumatic test on two pressure vessels. The vessels will be filled with nitrogen using bottles at 2400 psi and 70 F. The bottles will be connected to the pressure vessels by a 1/2" NPT connection.
Can someone tell me how to calculate the flow rate of the nitrogen into the pressure vessel?
