Does Nickel silver material suite as a cover for electronic elements?

Can you possibly elaborate a little more? What kind of cover are you talking about? Why do youn not want to use aluminum?

The cover actually use as an isolator box for photo receiver element.
I can’t use aluminum because cover thickness is 0.1 mm.

Why are you forcing the cover to be so thin? It will hardly provide structural protection.
