NG system Cold Weather Plans?

I am an engineer with Puget Sound Energy, and am interested in knowing if other Natural Gas utilities have plans or procedures for mitigating low pressure on cold days? I would like to compare our plans and procedures to see were PSE can improve.

Wide open question. Please be more specific. For example, are you talking about curtaining consumers or perhaps line packing the system based on weather forcasts.
