NFPA reference related Fire fighting system use for other purposes

In some companies the use of the fire fighting system for any other purpose than the original is strictly forbidden to avoid misuse. Does NFPA contains any restrictions about this?

fire sprinkler
stand pipe
fire pump
deck guns
fire hydrants

not sure about nfpa, but most local fire codes do called tampering
