I'm confused by Section 7.2.3 in NFPA 69. Do the values in Table C1 not come from ASTM E2079 testing? Is the adjusted value to be used when there is no ASTM testing at test conditions or no ASTM testing at intended operating conditions? I'm not familiar with the ASTM spec.
