Have a local company looking for design review and compliance requirements of their pre-manufactured homes going into New York State. Anybody familiar with or know of a firm capable of this?

Any firm in New York or the tri-state area should be more than capable of that. Or you could just buy the New York State Building Code and check it yourself.
