NEW WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

I am currently the engineer on a project in which a new water treatment system is to be installed. The treatment system will have chlorination, fluoridation, and iron removal. We are also revising the existing gaseous chlorine feed to be a liquid chlorine feed.
I am trying to track down some specifications on these topics to have a sort of starting base point for the final project specifications. Does anyone have experience with this or know of where I may find specs for this type of project. Thanks in advance.
