New View Set

I would like to create a new model view set, but I would like to use a non-canned view as the base view.
In other words I have a custom view in my model and would like easily create new projected views off of it.
Can I do that ?

Yes, start the view set command, orient your model as desired, specify which base view the new orientation represents and select which new views to be created from the base view.

I use View Set in modeling to do that.

I design all of my tooling in body, using various WCS/Datum CSYS to work from. I'll do a "set view to WCS" and then "View set".
Then when creating my drawing I'll select the view set as my base view in the drop down
