After conducting lots of Abaqus Standard/static analysis. I am now looking at using Abaqus Explcit to model impact. I am starting off with a simple impact analysis, however I am finding i difficult to reach a solution. What should I be looking for as an indicator to during the analysis run in my monitor to gauge if a solution is likely to be reached.
