New sw07x64,sp3.1 old settings?

OK, so yesterday my boss brings me a new computer...HP w4400 Work Station Intel(R) Core(TM) 2CPU 6700@ 2.66GHz, 4 GB RAM. We installed SW07x64 with sp3.1. I saved my old settings to the network, hooked everything new up, then installed my old settings it says it was successful at installing my old settings but when I open SW it reflects none of my old settings. Has anyone done this or could anyone help?

What version did you copy the settings from? If you copied them in 06 that is the problem. Copy settings wizard does not work across versions.
