This question much probably fit here because of the heat transfer..
Does anybody know a new technology or process in the heat transfer of the FET (field effect transistor) in the heatsink? I ask this question here because of the aluminum metal is the one in question here.
I just saw a new item to me.. the aluminum metal is somehow ionized and have some soldered silhouette of the FET body. Our existing process was to screw the FET and the heatsink together.
