Has anyone tried pro-e on a mac-mini and with what sucess?

I think the new systems are from the alienware right? We have all Dells in our office with the exception of a linux box or two and a hand full of mac laptips.

Running Pro/E in emulation mode on a mac is sluggish at best. Save your mac for maya or photoshop or porn

Everyone heading to laptops? We have a few M90s here, they seem to do pretty well. mostly the Engineers have those. Us bottom feeders in design are getting Dell 690s, heat and horsepower. Should be nice and cozy in my cube this winter.
