Where can I find a procedure for boiling out a new D: type watertube boiler

Have you checked the O and M Manual that came with the boiler? That is where I always find it.

I have the procedure from the boiler supplier but I wanted to compare with another source.

Why would want to do that unless you have doubts about the capability of the supplier
