Not familiar with the brand(?) you mention, but most anti-sieze compounds are a grease combined with either aluminum or copper dust, and are not really designed for lubrication. Moly-based greases on the other hand have MoS2 particles and are used in extreme pressure applications.
Putting two different greases on top of each other is generally a bad idea if you don't know a little about what type they are, because different thickener systems (polyurea, Li-complex, Na-complex) are incompatible can cause the oil to separate out and so failure of the lubricant.
