I would like to know how can I size the insulation level for both primary and secondary neutral bushings of a solidly grounded 400/132/20 KV Ynyn0d11 power transformer.

Regards
Massoud

I guess you find out information at IEC 60076-3 part 3 - insulation coordination, at requirements of coordination for neutral terminal of transformer.

Massoud,
for similar units in terms of nominal voltages (i.e. 400/135 kV autotransformsers), operating in an effectively neutral grounded system, we specify 72.5 kV for neutral bushings. Obviously we are speaking about non-uniformly insulated windings.
