NETZSCH Horizontal Grinding Mills

Does anybody know why the grinding chamber of the Netzsch grinding mills do not have an ASME nameplate? It operates at elevated temperature and pressures and appears to fall under ASME Section VIII, Div 1 requirements. Any feed back is greately appreciated.

Check the scope in par U-1 - maybe it falls under an exemption for classes of vessels??
