I would like to know if is there any option for Nesting Cad profiles(.dwg) in Autodesk Inventor within a user-defined base profile rather than a pre-defined rectangular profile for blank.

It sounds like you are interested in remnant handling - using sheet fragments from other cut jobs. There are companies that offer that capability.
