Nerve Conduction Transducers

Are there any inexpensive transducers readily available that can be used to monitor nerve activity, or lack of? Also are there any devices that can be used to monitor involuntary muscle tremor? The devices would be connected to a Raspberry Pi for recording information... or a PC type of device. Thanks in advance...

I'm sure you can find it in the literature - from what little I know of the silver chloride pickups, the typical signal is in the 10's to 100's of microvolts. I know they use battery operated devices to measure them, as I wore such a device for a sleep apnea study. You could start below, which was one of the first sites found by googling "ecg circuit", to which google suggested adding arduino...
