Needed, Large Cross Flow Fans

I am looking for a manufacturer of large cross flow fans. Also sometimes called tangential fans. The application can fit up to a 44" long fan wheel. The wheel diameter will probably need to be from 10 to 20 inches in Dia., package can accomodate a range. I would like 45hp at 1800RPM at the fan to deliver ~18,000CFM at 4"h2o if possible or something in this ball park. I am designing a cooling system to go on mobile equipment, so fan must be rugged and compact as possible.
