We are replacing the roof on a historic building and with 4" x 6" tongue and groove lumber used for the decking. We would like to replace with the same material but we are having a difficult time finding it. Does anyone have a source for this material they can share? We are in Nashville TN

I am not surprised this is difficult to find. If nobody else responds, I suspect you will need to have this made for you. That is not hard to do. The purchaser can place a request on the Woodweb forum and you will get numerous quotes from moulding shops that can produce this to your exact specification. If the T&G profiles are non standard for some reason, you can even have custom knives made to replicate the exact profile.

Solid 4x6 decking may be hard to find but laminated 4x6 (nominal) is pretty common.
You could try Nourse Construction Products in Columbus, Oh.
614-451-1101. They handle most heavy timber and laminated would products.
