Need some help with V20 update 10

Just before we lost our maintenance i was able to download update 10 for version 20. Majority of our guys are now running update 10 for except 2 of them, 1 no update other update 3.

Here's the problem. When using inter-part copy or interlinking, some feature will now show that there bad when there really not. It's typically features that aren't linked. All i do is change something they go good again. Inter-part copies do update when relating part is updated.

Also, would anyone be so kind to point me where i could download the latest update for V20?

Forgot to add... Latest is Update 14, released April 17.

P.S. A few updates created troubles, and it was recommended to skip them. Not sure if one of them was 10. I remember having to delete completely and reinstall V20 because of odd behavior a few months ago.

Yea I know that, that's the problem. We did have maintenance for about 9 years until the economy went in to the crapper. I was hoping someone could point me to some other spot.

You won't find a legal way to have the service pack other than the UGS site.

I would suggest going back to previous sp to see if the problem is still occuring, I heard some people had to revert to sp 4 for some issues...
