I'm working on an application in which I need to find a way to terminate and distribute 3 phase WYE 2,000VAC @ 400Hz, #20awg conductors (4 wire) in the following ways:

I have several locations in which I need to make interconnects, some with outdoor rated connectors, some are probably suitable for distribution blocks inside of NEMA enclosures.

1.) Inside of a NEMA box I need to terminate and interconnect 4 wires (#20 AWG) of 2kVAC @ 400 Hz m@ ~3A. Can anyone point me to something like ring lugs that I can put on the wires and then additionally to a 2,000VAC rated distribution block where I can connect 2 wiring harnesses? Is there a better way to do this? Maybe not ring lugs but just a screw-down terminal block with the 2kVAC rating that mounts on a DIN rail or similar? I can find some blocks rated to the voltage but the small wire gauge (#20awg) coupled with that voltage requirement appears to be somewhat esoteric.

2.) I need to make outdoor rated flying pigtail connection for 4 wires of #20AWG @ 2kVAC @ ~3A. These could be circular connectors with O-rings or similar. The part I'm having difficulty finding this kind of thing made for #20AWG as my high voltage spec with that wire gauge makes it a bit unusual. If need be I could use 4 individual connectors but I'd prefer a single 4 position connector if possible.

3.) Finally, I need a bulkhead mount version of the above connector such that after my flying pigtails I can end my cable run with an outdoor rated, probably circular threaded and gasketed, receptacle with the same 4 wire, 2kV, #20 AWG @ 400Hz, 3A termination.

I've been able to find some connectors with much larger wire gauge ratings, but so far I haven't been able to even find a distribution block suitable for 2kV on a #20AWG set of wires.

I shall be eternally grateful to anyone who can point me at a source for these parts!

Thanks.

No such thing as #20AWG at that voltage level. Do you mean 2/0? That can exist.

I think I mean what I said; #20AWG @ 3000V in a 3 phase WYE configuration. I know it's a little weird, which is why I'm having trouble finding interconnects.

Here is an example of HV wire in small gauge:

My application is a bit unique in that this power transmission scheme is for an aerostat, which requires light weight, hence thin conductors for the tether.

Thank you.
