Need Low Specific Gravity Fluid

I need to ID a non-flammable fluid with a specific gravity similar to gasoline (sp ~ 0.74). It's to test a float that's part of an alarm system and needs to be "safe to handle", hence non-flammable. I don't know the details of the alarm, I was just asked a question.

Thanks for any suggestions
 
It's unlikely that you'll find what you're looking for, so you need to decide how flammable a liquid you're willing to accept.

As IRstuff it all depends... In that density range one can consider hexaborane.
