Good Morning

We have battery requirement with the rating - LIR18650 2600mAh. Could you please provide the formula or the values to calculate below parameters -

Bulk Capacitance (Cb)
Surface Capacitance(Ccs)
Internal Resistance (Ri)
Polarization Resistance (Rt)
Voltage across bulk capacitor (Vcb)
Voltage across surface capacitor (Vcs)
Battery pack terminal voltage(Vo)
Battery pack terminal current (I)

Why not buy a few and measure them? If your only requirement is an ampacity, why do you even needs all the other stuff?

Most characteristics are derived from construction, so there won't be a formula that simulates a transient finite element chemical reaction analysis.

Some of those values will be available from the maker of the device; there will not be a generic solution.
