Hi All,

I am looking for information on JOHNSON’S WAX. I am trying to find it on the web, but haven’t found any good source yet. I have a new customer who is heavily involved in the electrical field. I have two Aluminum cable set screws for them; both require JOHNSON’S WAX # W5051 treatment. The main purpose of the treatment is to lubricate the threads.

I also posted this question at Mechanical engineering other topics Forum, but haven't received any good response other than web address. This site doesn't provide any information on this topic.

Could anyone please provide me information on this topic? Thanks.

tomwalz,

I called them, but no one there could answer my question.

Where can I buy this type of wax? Does any one have any idea about it? I tried Grainger, Mcmaster and J&L Industrial, but can't find there. Thanks.
