Need inexpensive premade bi-polor chopper drive approx 100 oz-in

I need no positional control or direction (fixed one way). I need speed control only (external pot) 0-60 rpm @ approx 100oz-in torque. Any recomendations?
I know I could do this myself but I'd rather recieve a complete unit as I'n not set up to assemble these in volume.
