Depends, where you are;- in Canada use CSA-B620. In Australia use AS 2809 and 'Good Engineering Practices'. Generally, it is the local code for handling and transport of dangerous goods, like flammabale liquids or combustible liquids. Depends on environment the tanker will face (Arctic circle of -50 deg C, Iraq at +56 deg C and anything in beteween). Be a bit more specific if you need specific hekp.
One thing for sure, the design and fabrication of road tankers is fierce and the market is somehow saturated with them. Be aware they don't tolerate competition (just kidding).
